• User-entered operational data — numeric records, internal notes, reports, or other business data submitted by authorized personnel.
• Basic device & performance data — device type, OS version, and anonymized usage analytics to maintain stability, performance, and security (no PII tracking).

No sensitive permissions (location, camera, microphone, storage, contacts) are ever requested unless explicitly required for a future feature (which would be disclosed).

We respect your confidentiality. NLIFM does not sell, rent, trade, or share any personal or organizational data with external third parties for advertising, marketing, or any unrelated purpose.

• Access to user-entered data is restricted to authorized administrators and designated team members within the organization using the system.
• We may use trusted infrastructure providers (secure cloud hosting, database services) that are contractually bound to uphold data protection and may not use your data for their own purposes.
• No data is ever transferred to brokers, analytics networks, or ad platforms.

• Access & correction — Authorized users may review their own entered data and request corrections through their organization’s NLIFM administrator.
• Data deletion requests — If you are a user, you may contact your internal admin or our support to erase personally identifiable information in compliance with retention policies.
• Opt-out from non-essential contact — You can unsubscribe from operational notifications (excluding security alerts) by reaching out to support.
• Administrators can manage user access and maintain data accuracy directly within the application panel.

🧒 6. Children's privacy

NLIFM is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has provided us with personal data, they should contact us immediately, and we will delete such information.

📌 7. Updates to this Privacy Policy

We may revise this policy from time to time to reflect legal, operational, or regulatory changes. If material updates occur, registered users will be notified via in-app notice or email (if available). The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision. Continued use of NLIFM after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
